The client came back with some more ideas – so this is a totally new version of her design. She wanted a city skyline and drawn woman. The client is always right:

/ September 18, 2012Interesting choices. All look very well designed. My favorite of the above is Burning Night, I see revenge in that one eye that is showing. I also like the night time background with the reflection of the city on the water.

/ September 18, 2012Yes, I understand that the client is always right, AND, in this case, IMO, she really is!! As much as I liked the original options, I vastly prefer these. Maybe it’s ‘a girl thing’.
Seriously, I do prefer these. I get the story right away and I like the hip vibe!!! YES!!! My favorite (just as a cover) is probably Pop Art Stretch (love it!!), but, for this story, I’m going with Burning Night because of the feeling of malice and intrigue.
